1. Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer
I’ve tried this on three different occasions in two different colors. For my needs, it’s just not that great of a concealer and I get similar/ better results from Maybelline Fit concealer. It’s biggest problem is how thick its consistency is.
2. Josie Maran Argan Exfoliating Cleansing Powder
If you’ve ever tried and loved Dermilogica Daily Microfoilant and had hopes this was similar then you’d be greatly disappointed like I was. I had hoped this would have been a cheaper more luxurious version of the Dermilogica but was shocked that when I opened the seal a huge explosive chemical puff cloud popped in face and I both inhaled and ate the product. The container was 3/4 filled and the exfoliant never dissolved unlike the Dermilogica. Major fail.
3. Urban Decay Naked Double Ended Brushes
These are actually great brushes in terms of the synthetic material used but where the real problem comes in is the density. They are so tightly packed that there is nearly zero mobility and therefore blending becomes a nightmare. You end up doing more exfoliating than applying or blending.
3. Hourglass Arch Brow
This isn’t a fail because of the product itself but because of its packaging moreso. See my in depth review here.
Hourglass Arch Brow Sculpting Pencil ($32.00).
Hourglass: This revolutionary pencil combines all of the benefits and technique of various brow formulas to create the look of naturally fuller, multidimensional, defined brows in one easy step. I came across a sweet little blog and this blush post. She did the The Blush Tag and her name is Cat of Consuming Beauty. Hi Cat! I first and foremost tag Kristen of Glambunctious.com and Christina of A Casual Beauty. Then I tag all of YOU! Please leave a link to your tag in the comment section below to share with everyone else. I really love tags to see what’s in everyone’s collections or to learn more about other bloggers. That’s why we are here right?

So I have been hauling excessively lately. I have been traveling a lot too. Unfortunately the traveling hasn’t been for pleasure but moreso for medical reasons. Here are a few of the things I’ve purchased. I’m not going to swatch the Naked palettes unless I get a request from someone, I feel like there are plenty of good swatches out there. I’d be happy to do it if someone wants me to or wants a picture of a specific color etc., just ask. Continue reading
See detailed pictures of packaging and product swatches. I also added comparison swatches of many similar colored dupes from MAC, Tarte and NARS. This formula is pretty innovative.
